What we build
Calls nobody answers. Estimates nobody chases. Here's what we build for both.
Seven pieces, set up in your accounts and wired into the CRM you already use. You can hear the first one right now.
Hear it yourself
AI receptionist
It answers in your company's name.
It tells every caller it's an AI and that the call is recorded. Then it does what your office would do. It gets the name, the address and what's going on with the roof, then books the inspection on your calendar.
- Built from your office's own calls
- Reads back names, numbers and times
- Never makes up a price
- Sends you a summary of every call by email, Slack or Telegram

After-hours answering
Nights, Saturdays and storm weeks.
After you close, it takes every call. Urgent ones, like water coming through a ceiling, go straight to your on-call number. Everything else gets booked or taken as a message.
When hail hits, one switch puts it in storm mode. It sorts urgent calls from inspections, and out-of-area callers don't eat up your calendar. It won't talk about insurance claims or deductibles.

60-second callback
A web lead gets a call back in about a minute.
During your calling hours, a web form or Facebook lead gets a call back in about 60 seconds. It only calls people who ticked the consent box on your form.
Miss a call? It texts them back from your number. That part switches on once the phone carriers approve your business texting.

Estimate follow-up
Every unsigned estimate gets followed up.
Day 1, 3, 7 and 14. It pulls estimate status from AccuLynx or JobNimbus, so it knows who hasn't signed. It stops the second they reply, or when the job's marked won or lost.
- Written in your voice, with your name at the bottom
- Email by default. Texts only to people who agreed to texts.
- Never offers a discount unless you tell it to
Day 14 email. Subject: Still on your list?
Hi Pat, I don't want to keep filling your inbox. Are you still looking at getting the roof done? A yes or a no is plenty. If the timing's off, tell me when to check back and I will.

Past-customer reactivation
Last year's dead estimates get one more honest ask.
This winter, your last 12 months of unsigned estimates get a few short emails. Replies go straight to you. It's money that's already sitting in your CRM.
No AI cold calls. No texts to anyone who never agreed to texts. The list gets cleaned before anything goes out.

Review asks
One review ask per finished job. Just one.
When a job's marked done, the customer gets one ask with your Google review link. No nagging.
It never filters out unhappy customers before they can leave a review. Google doesn't allow that, and it isn't honest anyway.

CRM sync
The lead's in your job system before you're off the roof.
New leads and booked inspections go into AccuLynx or JobNimbus with the call summary. Estimate status comes back out, so the follow-up knows who to chase.
No CRM yet? The one we set up becomes your estimate tracker.
Your name on every account. The phone number, the voice account, the CRM and every workflow. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
What you ownStraight talk
What we won't do.
- Promise you leads, booked inspections or signed jobs.
- Make AI cold calls to people who never asked to hear from you.
- Text anyone who didn't agree to get texts.
- Write fake reviews, or put counts on this site we can't prove.
- Put your phone number or your CRM in our account.
- Let the receptionist pretend to be a person.
