"You pay a deposit to book your build. You pay the balance after it's delivered and every line on the checklist passes, tested live with you on a call. If a line doesn't pass, we keep working on it at no extra charge until it does."

You see the checklist before you book. It's the same list we hold ourselves to.
Pass means we run the 6 test calls and the 3 test leads live with you on a call, and you sign the checklist.
The balance is due when the checklist passes.
Some lines wait on other companies, like carrier approval for texting. We test those live with you the day they're approved.

Your name on everything

"Every account is in your company's name from day one. Phone number, voice account, CRM, workflows, the domain. If we ever part ways, you get every login and a written handover within five business days. You keep all of it."

The handover is free. You get the workflow exports, the receptionist's prompt and knowledge base, and a written map of what talks to what. We take our users out of your accounts when you ask.

Promise 3

90-day re-train

"For 90 days after go-live, if the receptionist handles a call wrong, send it to us. We fix it within two business days, free, as many times as it takes."

That holds whether or not you keep a Care plan.
