Hear it yourselfQuestions and answers
Is it a robot?
Yes. And it says so. Every call starts with it telling the caller it's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. Some callers won't love that. That's why urgent calls go straight to your on-call number. During the day it only picks up the calls your office can't get to.
Does it work with AccuLynx or JobNimbus?
Yes, both. New leads and booked inspections go in. Estimate status comes back out, so the follow-up knows who hasn't signed. We've built the AccuLynx push for a roofer before. On ServiceTitan, Leap, Roofr, Jobber or Housecall Pro, we check access first and quote it before you pay.
What does it cost?
It's a one-time build you own, not a monthly rental. What it costs depends on what we build for your shop. We go through it on the walkthrough.
What if it says something wrong?
It'll happen sometimes. You get a summary of every call, so you'll see it. For 90 days after go-live, send us any call it handled wrong. We fix it within two business days, free, as many times as it takes.
Do I own it?
Yes. The phone number, the voice account, the CRM and the workflows are all in your company's name from day one. If we part ways, you get every login and a written map of how it's wired. You keep all of it.
How fast is it live?
Live in 5 business days. Texting is the one thing that waits. The phone carriers have to approve business texting first, and that can take 3 business days to 3 weeks. We submit it on day one. Calls and email don't wait on it.
What happens on the demo call?
Our AI receptionist calls the number you put in. It tells you it's an AI and that the call is recorded. Play a customer with a leak, or ask about a hail estimate. At the end it asks if you'd like a walkthrough with our team. The call runs 6 minutes at most. If you didn't ask for it, just say stop.
How much of my time does it take?
A 20-minute kickoff call. Then you open a few accounts in your company's name, and we walk you through it. At the end you listen to the test calls and sign off. That's about it.
I've been burned by marketing companies. Why is this any different?
We don't sell leads, and we don't promise appointments. We build a system in your accounts. A deposit books your build. You pay the balance only when every line on the checklist passes, tested live with you. And if you never talk to us again, you still own all of it.
My CRM company sells an AI receptionist by the month. Why build one?
If all you want is something to answer the phone, buy theirs. It's fine. What it won't do is the part after the call. Pushing every lead into AccuLynx or JobNimbus. Chasing every estimate nobody signed. And theirs lives in their account. Ours lives in yours.
Will you guarantee I get more jobs?
No. Nobody honest can promise you jobs, because they don't answer your phone or run your crews. What we guarantee is the build. You pay the rest only when it passes a checklist we test live with you. And everything's in your name either way.
Who are you, and what happens if you disappear?
Swift Response AI is Niko Capital LLC, a Wyoming company. The team works remote. If we vanished tomorrow, nothing breaks. The phone number, the voice account, the CRM and the workflows are in your company's name and on your card. You'd also have a written map of how it's all wired.
My office manager will fight anything new.
Fair. A lot of them do, until they see what comes off their desk. She stops chasing estimates by hand. We do a 30-minute handover with her, and she gets a one-page cheat sheet and the alerts. She can keep answering every call she wants to.
What does it cost every month after?
There's usage, like phone minutes and texts. You pay it straight to the phone, voice and CRM companies, in your name. None of it comes to us. We go over what yours would run on the walkthrough.
Does it answer every call, or only after hours?
You pick. We usually set it to pick up when nobody in the office answers within a few rings. It also takes every call after hours and on weekends. Your office keeps every call it wants.
Can it quote roof prices?
Only what you give it. A lot of roofers have it book the inspection and leave the number to the rep who's seen the roof. If you give it a range, it says that range and nothing else.
We don't record our calls. Can you still build it from our calls?
Yes. If your phone system keeps recordings, we use 20 or more. If not, your office manager does five short role-play calls with us at kickoff. A new hail lead, a price shopper, a Saturday call. That's enough to get your wording right.
Do the estimate follow-ups go by email or text?
Email by default. Texts only go to people who agreed to texts, and only after the carriers approve your business texting.
What happens when a storm hits and the phone blows up?
There's a storm switch. It changes the script so the receptionist sorts real emergencies from inspection requests and handles out-of-area callers. It won't talk about insurance claims or deductibles.
Where do you build?
The US and Canada. Right now we're not taking roofing builds in Georgia, Florida, Arizona or Washington.
Your name on every account. The phone number, the voice account, the CRM and every workflow. If we ever part ways, you keep all of it.
What you ownStill not sure? Hear it.
Put your number in. Our AI receptionist calls you in about 60 seconds. Ask it the hard questions.
